Simple CV to recruiter who arranged a straight to face to face interview within 3 days. No structure to interview, casual conversation with hiring manager with focus on keeping the development team autonomy. Final stage interview was about selling self to the team with some structure but the team were largely unaware of these and had their own agenda. Team are not ready for structured processes to ensure quality control and deliverables monitored, they like the autonomy and complete control effectively holding the business to their needs!!!!
