My first interview was conducted over the phone. The lady who interviewed me was organized, professional, yet kind. The interview lasted approximately 20-30 minutes and questions were focused on education, experience, and character. Within the same week, I heard back form LMC, requesting a second interview, this time to be conducted in-person. However, prior to the second interview, I was offered a position elsewhere and therefore cancelled. Great experience overall!
