A very easy written test, 2 Chinese questions and 2 English questions. Based on the data sets, roughly the data copying. Very very easy. For the interview part, the hr asked lots of questions, and always judging you in an impolite way.

Paperwork, write a proposal in Chinese with English documents. After that, you will meet up with the manager (Edward), and he will tell you to have a casual talk. After introducing yourself, he will ask you the reason for applying for this job and what are your strengths and drawbacks.
