Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela LNW em mar. de 2025
Entrevista
A majority of my interviews throughout this process (5/6) were incredibly positive and warm-hearted. I found them to be great rounds of conversation of getting to know them, individually and the company.
The hiring manager even hinted towards possible onboarding and future team events they would be hosting for the team.
However reaching my final interview with the IT Director, I was found to be asked a few particular trick questions that may have been used to disqualify me. They seemed to be genuine questions on how to resolve conflict with others and those in upper management. Their tone became less enthusiastic after these questions-where I answered with open communication, empathy, and plans to move forward after a conflict.
Despite reaching so far into the process with 6 rounds of individual interviews; I was rejected. They also made promises of having a decision a week after my final interview to have to wait 2 and a half weeks. The only feedback I received was that I did not have "immediate experience" for the role instead of a good fit for the team. Logically, this confused me as this was a junior/entry level position. I was very excited for this role and was happy to have positive feedback after each round but to have a rejection like this makes it seem like they are not on the same page as a team.

We've all had bad managers, what's a time where you had to resolve conflict with a manager?
