The interview process was unhinged! I applied for one EA role for which the recruiter initially reached out to me. At the beginning of the interview, the recruiter says, I know that we are supposed to interview for the EA role, but the hiring manager really wanted someone who has worked with LPL Financial. But there is another Executive Admin role that I think you are a perfect fit for. So I interviewed for this role, only to be told that they were interviewing people from the "interviewing pool."
