The interview process included an in person interview as well as a phone interview. The phone interview was very vague and I got the sense that the interviewer did not know much about the position or she was reading from a job description. To prepare for the in person interview I would suggest doing in depth research on LPL as well as making sure you have situational evidence as to how your past experience matches up with all of the job requirements.
