Auto rejection by Workday. Phone screen by HR. LPL posts numerous jobs to go through the motion of pretending to seek other candidates. They then fill with internal candidates or usually what they were planning to do initially. Some of the positions never get filled, it is more like fluffing up to make it look they are growing. Pretty dishonest.
Good interview with recruiter. I didn't hear back for some weeks, and then the recruiter finally followed up and and I was told they needed someone in a different location, so nothing moved forward.

Entrevista
Contacted by recruiter, 2 phone interviews with Vp's including Hiring Manager, in person interview with another VP and team. The process overall was very good, the communication/follow up was great. I was always kept in the loop on next steps and approx time frames which was great and appreciated.
