Entrevista
First an introductory interview with a recruiter. And then a second call with the team lead/manager. Both via phone due to Covid.
After the second interview, I was told that there would be a follow-up the next week on another interview or if they were moving on. Despite a few emails to both the recruiter and manager, I did not receive a reply. Very unprofessional.

1. Initial Phone Screening (15–20 minutes)
This is typically a brief introductory call with a recruiter. The purpose is to review your background, confirm your interest in the role, discuss basic qualifications, and assess overall fit.
2. 30-Minute Interview with the Hiring Manager
This conversation goes more in depth regarding your skills and experience. The manager will likely ask behavioral and situational questions to better understand how you work, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
3. One-Hour Mock Call / Practical Interview
This stage is typically a skills-based assessment. You may be asked to participate in a mock client or advisor call to demonstrate communication skills, professionalism, product or service knowledge, and your ability to think on your feet.

How does your experience relate to the role
The recruiter was very friendly and explained the whole process prior to starting the interview process. Hiring manager was amicable. Salary was different from what was listed, but it was a delightful process
Interview process was very straightforward and professional. Pretty basic interview. There were three separate interviews and a writing test. It was all virtual so no need to go to the office.
