HR reached out to me to schedule an interview but didn't have the decency to cancel. Instead, they waited until 10 minutes after my scheduled interview time to tell me the position had been filled. It was such a waste of my time as I took hours to research and prep for the interview, a huge red flag for lack of communication between departments and lack of respect for candidates' time.
