I was contacted by a Recruiter to interview for a position. The first interview with the Recruiter was great, pleasant. I applied for the position and the 2nd interview with the hiring manager(s) went very well. The 3rd interview was a stress interview, with a panel. The panel seemed to support hiring me, the hiring leader(s), not so much. They stated they had an internal candidate.

Entrevista
Several rounds of interviews over 12 weeks. They had no intention of filling the role. They will leave you in the dark. This is the second time LPL has done this to me in the past year. Ghost job postings are very real with this company.

Entrevista
Met with recruiter and hiring manager. The interview process was not the best experience. I interviewed with the organization for three different VP roles. This organization lacks diversity and inclusivity. It seems like they interview to OFCCP requirements and to meet quota. In addition, there is lack of promoting those who are people of color.
