One phone call - hired - very technical and detailed. Friendly interviewer had a small sense of humor. Asked to go into detail on how to configure a device and the steps involved. Interview lasted about 30-40 minutes then recruiter called and said hired. Took over a month to get all their paperwork, drug test and background check done. Waited a long time for the contract to start.
