I had an very informative initial conversation about firm culture, resources and plans for the future. I was already familiar with the breadth of work but it was insightful to hear about the initiatives towards the community that are being taken. I had a follow up conversation with senior management and then a separate peer conversation. I enjoyed the process and was kept up to date frequently.
