Entrevista
CV screening, followed by an immersive online assessment, then a standard HireVue with 8 strengths-based questions. Phone screen after a few weeks, followed by a final assessment day consisting of multiple interviews for 6 hours non-stop (behavioural, technical knowledge, coding, group exercise, self-reflection exercise).
Both HR and the interviewers were very friendly and supportive.
