It s a written test. 4 question. you have to write codes for certain scenarios for example to print a custom output from an array. They don't look at the syntax. They just want to know you can solve problems and write an algorithm correctly.

After passing the Online Assessment, the second stage is a one-way strengths-based video interview. You have unlimited preparation time but only one chance to record. They are looking for a culture-fit.

Behavioural inteview was recorded online. Reasonably generic questions. Haven't replied to me with a decision. This is very frustrating as they said they would, no matter whether it be positive or not.
