The Hiring process consists of Resume Screening, Immerssive Online Assesment and a Video Assesment and Interview. The intial rounds consists of many data interpretation related questions , though the first round test is untimed, the questions are brillantly crafted. No Coding Specific questions are asked in the first round.

Entrevista
For me the entire process was online. The first one is the Immersive online assessment where you need to answer behavioral questions and also a technical section. The second is the video interview, in this one you need to record yourself answering questions. The last stage is the assessment center (it's a long group interview).

You had unlimited time to prepare for the questions which were strength-based, but only 2 minutes to record it and only 1 recording allowed. The questions were based on what motivates you and how you would deal in certain situations.
