Very drawn-out process. Phone interview followed by a 30 minute panel (6+ individuals) interview via teams, then followed by 2 hour in-person panel (6+ individuals) interview. First two rounds were standard but final interview started 35 minutes late and was intensive. Preparation of a presentation was expected. Panel was polite and knowledgeable. Ghosted after final rounds of interviewing by the organization.
