First, I went in and met with a manager and client manager, then a department head. They asked several questions that were mostly about my ability to get along with other people. Most of the interview was BSing, and then a couple days later I got a call and got the job.

It was a four step interview i process to gauge how well you would do out in the field in hot and cold climates due to LT working primarily with oil and gas
