I was welcomed as a candidate. 4 level interview, founder, System Analysis, Coding and final. Arrived to the 2 stage, they ghosted me. Emailed multiple times, asked for feedback, but no reply. I am happy I didn’t get the job, their unprofessional behaviour is disrespectful to the least. I understand is a small company, but at least have the ability to say, thank you but we decided to move with another candidate, yet we appreciate your effort. Probably the worst experience I ever had so far. The company seems solid, but is a start up so be mindful of that, even if get the job you might regret it, since they don’t even bother to say thank you for your time, instead they ghosted you like you have never existed. Worst company I was ever interviewed by. I hope this can be helpful for the rest of the community.
