Entrevista
I attended a job fair at Lush's manufacturing facility. I'd say about 40 people were in attendance the day I went. A staff member said that job fairs were held weekly. This job fair was unlike anything I'd ever been to before. The candidates first waited outside for everyone who had RSVP'd to show up for about 40 minutes. Once inside, we were divided into 5 groups and assigned to one of the 5 stations. There was one one-on-one interviewing station where a Lush staff member asked us generic questions such as whether we'd work with heavy machinery or not. Every 5 minutes the groups would rotate to a different station. Other than the interviewing station, the rest were hands-on product demonstrations lead by energetic and passionate staff. Overall, I loved the hands-on experience and the atmosphere of the fair.
I've been called back for a second interview that will take place tomorrow and consist of 30 minutes of interviewing and 30 minutes of hands-on job experience. Wish me luck.
Apply online called back for quick in person interview which is not that difficult. Make sure you have all your information and follow-up with emails and instructions. In person interview consist of what abilities you are able to perform your availability.

Interview was simple and straight forward. The interview was at a hiring fair and included playing with soap, meeting different department heads and finally a short and quick interview. Received an offer later that day.

It was on the phone, they asked me questions in order to put me into the correct department. They told me all the benefits and made sure I was the right one for the job.
