Entrevista
Three sets of interviews over two and a half weeks. After the last interview, they stopped all communication and would not reply to my attempts to reach out. Not receiving an offer is fine but ceasing all communication without closure is disrespectful to a candidate.

Entrevista
I have never had a more disappointing experience with a CRO in my entire career. The first two interviews were amazing and I was so happy, as I was recruited and very rarely get that excited for these types of opportunities. They were both; polite, very engaged, they asked great relevant questions, then when i made it to the 3rd interview with the CRO......it was like he was interviewing talent for the first time. As if i was being interviewed by a High School bully who is smaller, shorter, slower and less intelligent. He was never engaged, eating nuts and chatting about what a great sales guy he is and how half the team wouldn't be where they were without him. It was WILD! If any of my managers treated candidates the way I was treated there. They would need to clean out their desks. I consider the whole experience a bullet dodged.. I am currently trying to recruiting both folks with whom I interviewed! i think they would be great somewhere else.
