Fairly standard interview process. Engaged with a recruiter over LinkedIn, was impressed with their overall speed and professionalism. Flew down for an on-site, meeting some of the other key team members, which went well. Overall appreciated how candid everyone from recruiting to the CTO was on the challenges and opportunities.
