LVT reached out to me to discuss interviewing for their organization, which was very flattering. Once I had the first call with the recruiter, interviews were fast following, even though I expressed I was not 100% sure I wanted to leave my current employer and the fact that I was on vacation, visiting family over the holidays. I met with many stakeholders throughout the process.
