Phone interview with technician manager and department lead consisting of basic questions. After this, an in-person interview took place consisting of more basic questions. Both were quick and straight to the point. Nothing out of the norm.

Sat down with middle and upper management. They asked questions that pertained to the job. They also wanted to get to know me and my personality to be able to work in a team atmosphere. Overall it was a good experience and I had high expectations for the job, but the middle management proved to be less than optimal in performance and personality.
