The hiring process consisted of a phone interview, followed by two face to face interviews. The phone interview was approximately 45 minutes in length, and very thorough. My first face to face was with four people, so a little intimidating, but these people covered several departments within the company. They were all personable, and made me feel at ease, considering it was an interview. The last face to face was with one of the managers that was unable to attend the first one. I was hired within days of the final interview.
