Very easy. Hired on the spot. They ask you basic interview questions, and ask for references (very important) and they really base it off how welcoming you seem, whether you pass the drug test, & testing for hippa/osha. They also do a two day video training for the basics. The process was very easy and quick. They do require some experience, and remember having string references really helps with the process.
