I interviewed at one location and then came in for an observation and second interview. I never heard back from that location. Then I get a call from a different location who had talked to the first location about me. I interviewed with 2 people there and did not hear anything. Then I get a call for a third location who got my name from the second location. I did an interview with two people at once and was told I would hear back one way or another by the end of the week. That did not happen. It was really annoying and I was pretty much done with the company before I went in for the 3rd interview just because I thought it was rude after wasting so much time and gas to not even tell me in anyway I did not get the job. I realize they were concerned about me taking a public school teaching job (I am a certified k-6) but stop passing my name along if that is an issue! Questions were basically situational questions, nothing was unexpected. Other than not calling back every everyone seemed nice. I did talk to a teacher I was to be replacing and she in a very polite way told me that because she was on the clock she is leaving because it was not a good fit but hinted that they expect too much and offer little support.

The interview priceless took about three days. I applied online and they called me back less than 24 hours. And then they asked me to come in the next day. They are going to ask you to resend your résumé or bring your résumé in with you because they will not have that information. You will need to get a TB test,background check, and fingerprints. They will want you to start as soon as possible because they are always low staffed.
