Easy phone interview followed by onsite interview with very basic HR behavioral questions regarding the position. They seemed to have lots of people interview in the same day. I got the position on the spot the same day I interviewed.

Entrevista
The interview priceless took about three days.
I applied online and they called me back less than 24 hours.
And then they asked me to come in the next day.
They are going to ask you to resend your résumé or bring your résumé in with you because they will not have that information.
You will need to get a TB test,background check, and fingerprints.
They will want you to start as soon as possible because they are always low staffed.

Very straight forward, basic questions about why you would like to work with kids. What is your passion with working with kids. What is your education level and how it relates to the job.

Quick phone interview/screening for a lead teacher position. Was less than five minutes and was told they were looking at someone with my background. Was asked about five simple questions about my experience, degree, why I want to work with children, pay, and preference on shifts.
