I applied online, got an aassesment the same day which it wasnt that difficult. Typical questions about kids and my personality. Passed it got call from the director on Monday since i started the process on Friday. Had a great interview again typical questions about my past jobs, if i like kids. Got an offer right there. Great experience overall

It was haste and unprofessional. I took the job and only lasted a few weeks. Poorly ran, it was a horrible experience. Everyone hated working there. The managing parties are uncanny.
