Operates like a standard staffing agency. From what I understand, if you’re out of work or jumping from job to job this agency is a great resource. Turn around seems quick and they always have positions they’re working to fill. However, I have a college degree and was looking for a job in my industry that pays a minimum of $40k. I applied to a few jobs listed on their website that appealed to me and was contacted the next day and set up an interview for the next week. When I went in the jobs I applied for were never mentioned - I’m convinced the jobs posted on their websites aren’t real jobs, they’re just a way to lure people in. I spent 30 minutes with two different recruiters and after I explained my background and what I was looking for they explained what positions they would recommend for me and it was very clear right away that they had not listened to a word I said. At the end of the day these recruiters work for the companies paying they to fill their positions, they do not care about me or you as the jobseeker.

Entrevista
I applied via LinkedIn for any open Administrative Assistant position. They called me and scheduled an interview, but something felt off.
As it turns out, they used the LinkedIn interview information to bait and switch the people they didn't consider for the opportunity into a general contract and contract-to-hire interview that their recruiting agency is known for.
The interview itself was uncomfortable, especially with the question of how and why it was set up looming over the entire process. The interviewer didn't particularly care about my work history, cut me off on open ended questions that she likely only needed to check a box for from a script, and generally made me feel like a number for her quota instead of a person. While I can't speak to how well they can place somehow, I was entirely uncomfortable working with their agency in any capacity after the interview.

Very Simple process. Very professional staff. Tried to find a fit as much as possible. Did not take long at all. Not difficult at all. Just had a conversation about what position and salary I am looking for.

Entrevista
Prescripted basic questions. They probe into reasons for last departure of last job. I felt like a statistic for their weekly results. Their screen process is very fast pace.
Since it is over the phone, it is hard to read body language. I hate the inquiry - Tell me about yourself. For those people who are very experienced in wide variety of things, it is a ineffective inquiry.
