Incredibly bizarre interview process. Spoke with a recruiter for an initial interview. For the next two weeks I had Zoom (video-like) interviews at least 3 or 4 times a week with a different person. I met with at least 7 individuals to interview me...just for an entry-level position! They were extremely unorganized and were very pushy. However, everyone I talked to was incredibly friendly. They also made me submit a PowerPoint.
Phone screening & Zoom interview — both approximately 30-45 minutes each. The internal recruiter was interested in hearing about my prior related experience and my current career/why I’m interested in changing careers.

Entrevista
The interview process was very straightforward. I spoke with a corporate recruiter first for 30 min. They actually dug in fairly deep. From there I spoke with a recruiting manager and a practice manager. At the end of all of this there was a case study.

There were 3 rounds of interviews, spread out across 2 months. Questions were easy and straight forward. There was an initial phone screen IV, then 2 video interviews after. The video interviews were about 30 min each.
