I thought this was a great interview process - everything moved quickly and the staff were in constant communication throughout. I submitted my resume online in the hopes of finding temporary work. One week after meeting with 2 team members about temporary positions, I was contacted by an internal recruiter who asked if I was interested in working for the company itself. I had 3 interviews over 2 1/2 weeks: 1) with the COO and then with the CRO 2) with the CEO and then with an HR member 3) with the members of the team I would be working on. There were a lot of meetings, but I appreciated that they took the time to ensure that I was a good fit for the company culture and that I understood what would be expected of me as an employee. I was encouraged to "be myself", so it was not a stressful process by any means.
