I had applied for the role of Tester through a referral. I was shortlisted for the interview which was to be conducted virtually. There was supposed to be an another round after that if the candidate got shortlisted from the first round of interview. The interview was pretty good. It was interactive. I expected to be shortlisted. However, I was later told that I was not shortlisted for further rounds. Rejection is perfectly fine with me. What disappointed me was that there was no response for more than 4 weeks, and then I was told about it, that too one week after I dropped a follow up email. The response could have been provided earlier within 2-3 weeks from the date of the interview.
