They ask you to play a couple games on the computer to reveal if you are a good fit with the company. It is then followed by a hirevue interview.

My interview was during COVID, so it was turned virtual. My interviewers were having technical difficulties and were 10 min later. They were not well dressed and asked questions very aggressively. No smiling at all. At the end they asked me if my internet was ok and they can’t hear me clearly. Well, my internet was alright and given that they met technical difficulties at the beginning, it’s highly likely their problem and they refused to confront that. I decided I wouldn’t go to this company whether they gave me an offer or not during the interview because of their aggressive and rude attitude.
