Entrevista
Applied twice. First time was rejected for assessment. Applied a second time with same credentials and was given an online assessment. Did not meet their standards on what they might be since the assessment is 15 questions problem solving and 100 standard based questions. Online assessment questions may never be the best way in choosing candidates since some candidates may be a better suit if they didn't pass this assessment. All in all was unimpressed since they do not even ask for a resume or cover letter. Was really excited to apply to this company since it was one that I really wanted to work for, but with this negative experience will never be applying again.

Entrevista
Applied late August, phone screen in late September. Interviewed at the local sales office in Vancouver late October, then got flown to Toronto mid-November. The first interview in Vancouver was with classic behavioral interview questions.
The panel interview in Toronto was with 4 other candidates on one side of the table, and 5 interviewers on the other side, which included the London Brewery Manager, the Director of Brewery Operations, Head of Marketing. They asked one of us to role play and me to critique it. There were bigger questions about Labatt and the environment and the implementation of technology. More abstract questions and no behavioral.

Entrevista
The process starts when you submit your application and resume online (did this in August). After this, you have to do two online assessments. They are multiple choice questions on reasoning/logic/data interpretation and cultural fit. After that there is a Skype interview with Junior Management. They ask basic questions like: Why Labatt? Describe a time when you had to face criticism? Describe a time when you had to lead a team? After getting through this, there is the TAP stage. They give you some background material, and you have to go through it pretty quickly. IN my case, I was supposed to be a supervisor and had to do two role playing calls: One with an employee who didn't help anyone else; and the next with a few employees for the weekly meeting. The next stage is the final interview with the Senior Management. This is extremely similar to the first interview, but obviously more important. I had the final interview yesterday (late November)and they said they would get back to me in a week or two. Let's see...
EDIT: I got a call exactly a week after the final interview and I got the job.
