Heard back about 2 weeks after I applied. The process was very simple. The hiring manager reached out directly to me to schedule an interview. Had a great discussion. This was definitely more simple than other companies.

Was called to schedule an interview with a follow-up email. Arrived to the interview and had to first complete a computerized assessment. After getting an acceptable score, I had a brief interview with an HR consultant and then a second interview with both an executive and a supervisor from the department.
