Das erste Gespräch war telefonisch. Die Person, mit der ich gesprochen habe, hat nur Englisch gesprochen. Insgesamt kann man sagen dass das Gespräch sehr professionell war. Der Telefontermin wurde eingehalten. Auch das feedback kam schneller als erwartet.

Entrevista
I applied online after being referred by a friend. I was contacted via email and scheduled a 15-20 minute phone screen interview for the next day. After that, it was probably 3 weeks before I received an email from a recruiter scheduling an in-house interview. During the interview, I met with two separate people for 50 minutes to an hour each. Both said they believed I would be perfect for the job, but never heard back from the company despite sending thank you notes and reaching out to the recruiter I had been in contact with.

Entrevista
Applied online. Phone screen set up by first recruiter who said I'd have a 2 hour Skype interview if my qualifications are what management is looking for, but that Skype interview never happemed. New and second recruiter set up my in person interview with 2 line managers who were very nice and knowledgeable. Only confusing part was the fact that the second recruiter sent me the background check, drug screen, benefits, and application BEFORE my in person interview/before I even got an offer. Hope that's a good sign for me. Has this happened to any recent new employees?
Next step is waiting to hear back, which they said someone should contact me within the next week. I was asked what my salary range is during phone screen and in person interview but was not specifically told what the salary would be yet.
