first i submitted online application and was asked for a telephone interview. After 2 days I got a call and was invited for an onsite interview. Interview was with 2 senior staff members

Hour-long Zoom call with two lab supervisors. Was asked questions for a bit less than half of it, then described the role and had a chance to ask my own questions. Interviewer seemed to have a prescribed list of things to ask, some of which didn't make a ton of sense (have I ever been asked to do something outside of my job description was the weirdest one). Both interviewers were respectful and kind.
