General interview. They asked all of the questions that I expected, got a tour of the lab. The process took 3 weeks before getting a call from HR with a job offer.

It was very informal, a tour of the laboratory and a run down of the day to day duties and responsibilities. It lasted for about an hour. Very low stress.
It was an easy process. Not to many questions asked. Just about experience and they went over what was expected for the position. Asked if I was quick with learning , if I was adaptable to new environments.
