Received a 10 minute phone call, was very impersonal. She read of a script and then asked about my background and qualifications. questions included how I heard about the job, had I worked there, and how I felt about animal rights. If selected I would go on an interview with three different employees for my department.

Have you been part of an animal rights group before?
I was called within 1-2 weeks after submitting my application. The overall hiring process started with a phone interview, and my pay expectations prevented us from progressing any further. My salary expectations were well beyond the salary for the entry level Medical Writer position.

O recrutador era da Argentina e entrou em contato. Nao parecia saber muito sobre pesquisa clínica e após algumas etapas de entrevista, por ter iniciado a pandemia, o processo foi colocado em stand by e o recrutador nao entrou mais em contato.
