It took a month to get in contact with a recruiter who set me up for an interview. The interview was great (mostly STAR questions), the interviewers asked fair questions, and I thought the interview went very well. I was led to believe that I would hear back from them in 2-3 weeks. It has been well beyond that wait (more than double and almost triple that wait), and I haven’t heard anything. I received an offer from another company that I intend to accept because I have lost patience with Labcorp. I am very disappointed. Labcorp seems like a great place to work, but the hiring process was awful in my experience. Looking online, I believe this is a common issue to be aware of if you choose to apply.
