I was bounced between 2 different recruiters that shared conflicting information. I have 11 years of PM experience and was told the PM team didn’t think I was qualified, only for the recruiter to tell me 3 days later there was a mistake and that the PM team did in fact want to talk to me. I was then told I would hear back by end of day with an interview time…5 days later I received follow up. Decided to look elsewhere.

Total of 3 interviews. Starts off with phone interview, then technical round with hiring manager and group interview. Overall, straightforward interview process. Where the focus is on work experience, interest in job and salary expectations.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and quick. There are a total of 2 to 3 rounds ( depending on the rec). The recruiter reached out through a phone message. This was followed by a phone call, where the recruiter asked basic question-why are you interested in this role? Why Labcorp? etc, This was followed by a hiring manager interview , upon clearning, the final round was a panel interview ( which includes hiring manager, senior managers and peers). The recruiter and hiring manager are very responsive . Overall the process will take 2 to 3 weeks ( deepening on interviewee speed and preparation).
