Facile et simple. Processus assez rapide, questions simples.
Par contre, le processus de screening (téléphonique) donne l'impression d'être sous-traité: questions-type posées d'une manière très abrupte (qu'en pensez-vous de l'expérimentation animale, faites-vous partie d'une association des défense des animaux?)
There were many rounds of interviews with different managers from different teams. It seemed like they had canned questions that they were reading off of. The recruiter told me to use the STAR system and that's what it seemed like the interviewers kept on pushing for.

I applied and after several days, someone from the HR organized an initial 30-min call. Again 3-4 days after, I had an email invitation to a second interview with a Manager. After this interview, I got an offer 3-4 days later over the phone.

Applied online and I got a phone interview with HR (about 30 mn.). Two weeks later I was invited for an interview with 2 hiring managers. Really pleasant atmosphere and I felt comfortable.
