The selection process is divided into three steps: first you send your CV then, if it gets selected, you are sent a link through which you have to record a one-minute video answering a random question concerning your experience that you get as soon as you click the link and before you start recording. The final step is consists in doing either an online or in person interview with a recruiter. I did mine online with an interviewer named Jennifer, whom was very friendly and nice and was good at putting me at my ease. She asked me a number of questions about myself, my past experience with teaching kids and what I thought I could bring to the company. In the end, I got past the interview stage.
