So sorry you did not like our interviewing process. If you received a request to participate in the Discovery Report (which is the pick on that describes you best bit you seem to be describing) then we phone interviewed, requested a DISC, and then called you in for an in-person interview after the management team reviews the phone interview notes. We are a small company and work very closely together. That is why we feel the DISC report is an important part of our interviewing process. However, The DISC is never used to exclude or include a person from employment. I wish you all the luck in your employment journey!
