Entrevista
Apples twice for different positions. both application processes are horrible. They give out tasks that are unnecessarily specific to the need of the magazine and which take hours to complete, just so that the recruitment team can have it easier. I don't feel like they value the time and effort of applicants at all.

Tasks: 1) Make an article ready for publish, 2) Write a thread for three different platforms to promote the magazine, 3) a list of people you would like to contact to promote the magazine
Ask a couple of questions concerning the past experience and interests and what the candidate bring to the job. There are also questions sent to candidates before the interview and the interview includes answering those questions as well. Finally there's a chance to ask question to the employer.
