Fairly informal process. Very useful to have a genuine relationship with someone who works at the company or is friends with someone at the company. Process consisted of a few phone calls to determine whether or not the applicant had a handle on some of the more elementary aspects of the business.

Thorough but fair. Really enjoyed speaking with the team, found it productive. Good leadership. Thoughtful questions with an opportunity to ask questions at the end. I enjoyed the process and walked away with a positive feeling.
