Entrevista
There are two steps:
- you have a first interview with an HR representative and your future manager. The goal is to see if you would fit in and also of course your capacities
- the second interview is more practical and you meet the head of your department, you have questions regarding the website. It is like you are doing the job on a 2 hour test and they can judge if you would fit.
Everything happened in two weeks, I found the HR team very nice and effective.

Entrevista
The interview process was divided into three phases - phone interview, personal talk and team talk.
The first round lasted ca. 30 minutes. It was a short introduction of my backgroud and the role I applied for.
The second round was conducted by the recruiting manager who previously conducted the phone talk, and the head of the department. It lasted ca. 2 hours and apart from discussing the role and my skills, it also included a case study.
The last step was a team talk conducted by two team members who gave more insights into the position and the company structures from the perspective of people who already work for the company.
Each step was followed up in a timely manner and allowed get more information about the company and the position from another perspective.

Entrevista
As a first step I was having a short phone interview with the senior recruiting manager. It was a really relaxed conversation, the recruiter was really enthusiastic and she made a very positiv impression. She wanted to get to know more about my CV, experiences and motivations. The second round was happening through Skype. In this round also the future team leader was present and scanned the corresponding knowledge with regard to the position. The third and also final round was divided into two parts. In the first section I had to prepare a little case study. The second part was a group conversation with the future team members. The process was very dynamic and I always had very positiv feeling after each round.
