Fairly fast process up to the second interview. The second interview was over 6 months ago with some execs. There was a promise to get back, but it was never kept till today. I just assumed they had gone with someone else after weeks of waiting for info.

Multilayered interview process involving speaking with the HR officer, then the head of HR . The final stage includes speaking with the General Manager, an expatriate. He called in three other officials of the company for the interview. No hostile questioning. Nice conduct all round. They promised to get back through the HR person. They never did. It's more than two years now.
