Interview process consisted of a phone interview with just HR, followed by two onsite interviews both with hiring manager as well as HR. During this process, I was given a tour of the office and informed that I would receive feedback by the end of the week or the beginning of the following week. This was about a month ago. Unfortunately, I never received any communication. I followed up to inquire about my application status but received no response, not even a formal rejection. This experience is disappointing as candidates invest considerable time preparing and traveling to the company, only to be met with silence. Such an occurrence should be noted when applying.
