Interviewed at a job fair with a group of other applicants. Went into a room and had a brief 1to1 conversation with a current lifeguard. Felt very comfortable being interviewed by someone I would be working with closely.

Group Interview, straight to the point. There was about 6 others in the room and we went around answering the same questions. Very informal and great environment. They got back to me right away and I started as soon as possible.
